**Air Con Cleaning & Pest Management Technician**

**About the Role**

We’re seeking a **reliable, motivated, high performing and customer-focused technician** to join our growing service team. You'll work across Brisbane providing general pest treatments and air conditioner cleaning.

This is a **full-time role** with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus **one Saturday morning per month** (7:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
A **monthly bonus** is paid based on completed jobs performance.

**Duties Include**:

- Air Conditioner Cleaning
- (No prior experience required - full training provided)_
- General Pest Control Treatments:
Cockroaches, ants, spiders, silverfish, fleas, rodents
- (No termite work required)_

**What You Need**:

- PMT License or currently enrolled in a pest management course _(preferred)_
- Live in or near East Brisbane / South Brisbane / Ipswich _(ideal)_
- Great communication and presentation
- Basic tech confidence to use our booking/scheduling app
- Full Australian Driver License
- Fit, healthy, and able to pass a police check
- Minimum 1 year of trade, labor, or service industry experience
