Public Sector people are partnering with a local government organisation to recruit for 3x temporary customer service positions.

Details:

- 1 month contract 4.5 days p/w
- Saturday 2x pay rate for 9am - 1:30pm
- MUST BE AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service face-to-face and over the phone.
- Provide face-to-face customer service at Customer Service Stalls on Saturdays around the LGA.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays

Essential:

- Call-Centre experience AND face-to-face customer service experience
- Local government experience is preferable

Work Hours:
Monday - Thursday (Call-Centre): 8:30am - 5pm

Saturday (Customer Service Stall): 9am - 12:30pm
