- Repair and maintain medical equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents.
- Ensure the facility meets health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in maintenance in an aged care setting.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
- Ability to repair and maintain medical equipment, including wheelchairs.
