A leading government agency is seeking a
**CX/UX Analyst** for an initial
**6 month** contract based in
**Parramatta/hybrid**.

This role will lead user and customer research to inform design work and to iterate existing experience artefacts such as personas or customer journeys.

**Key responsibilities for this role include**:

- Support viable and sustainable product solutions from design through discovery, framing and iterating development
- Continuous improvement within a **Human-Centered Design (HCD)** framework to design
- Lead usability, accessibility and user acceptance testing of new digital services
- Assist in conducting business process analysis and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives

**CX** or
