**What you bring to the table**
You are a highly motivated individual who can contribute to the team in a positive and proactive manner. You will be responsible for:
- Geophysical data acquisition of various near-surface geophysical techniques within Australian cities and regional locations.
- Compliance with MNG’s policies and procedures, including health and safety within the fieldwork environment.
- Geophysical data processing experience, competency in any of the following: Golden Software Surfer, Seequent Leapfrog and Res2DInv, Geolitix, AutoCAD, Rayfract and/or SurfSeis.
- 3D geophysical and geological modelling utilising Seequent Leapfrog.
- Factual reporting, detailing the logistics of the geophysical investigation, presentation and discussing the results, including suggestions and limitations.
**What else is needed?**
- Minimum Bachelor of Science (BSc) majoring in Geophysics.
- Experience in acquiring geophysical datasets in the field and willingness to travel regionally for work.
- Strong understanding of near-surface geophysical techniques, including but not limited to; seismic methods (MASW, Seismic Refraction, ReMi), electrical methods (ERI, VES and FEM) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR).
- Ability to manage project deliverables and operations for geophysical investigations within land development, engineering, and construction projects for operations throughout Australia on time and in accordance with budget.
