**About the Role**:
Green by Nature is seeking a proactive Cleansing Operator to support our outdoor cleaning operations teams.
- Ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are maintained to the highest standards
- Assist in the upkeep of your local open space parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides
- Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

**About You**:

- Previous outdoor cleaning experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A commitment to quality service delivery
- Manual driver's license.
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic
