OUR TEAM

Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.

YOUR ROLE
- Ensure that all safety and quality requirements are being adhered to by the team (audits and resolutions)
- Identify and implement corrective line improvements with business priorities
- Achieve production schedule and budget
- Effectively report on problems, issues and potential solutions
- Act as first point of contact within the team

YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in co-ordination and organisation of people and/or tasks
- Ability to manage conflict and promote team work
- Must be an Australian Citizen due to security clearance
