Warehouse Storeperson

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Stock control and inventory management in line with ERP systems (Pronto)
- Efficient processing of goods, including receivables and dispatch (domestic and international)
- Managing return goods, warranty claims, and service items
- Overseeing the handling and management of dangerous goods
- Ensuring high-level customer service at the point of dispatch (due date, quantity, documentation, packaging, quality)
- Handling customer complaints related to order discrepancies or damage, providing feedback for resolution
- Maintaining and improving 5S levels within the store
- Adhering to Acoem’s policies and standards, including NATA, OH&S, and ISO requirements

What qualifications, skills & experience would you need to be successful?
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, including stock control and dispatch
- Strong attention to detail and high regard for quality
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in operating a walkie stacker and handling gas bottles is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with general warehouse tools (pallet jacks, stretch wrap, packing tape dispensers, etc.)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Bonus

- Pronto: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory management: 1 year (preferred)
- Walkie Stacker: 1 year (preferred)
- Order processing: 1 year (preferred)
- Warehouse: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
