It is an exciting time for the Brisbane Buildings team, with the 2032 Olympics upon us and our team already being involved in several of the venues. On top of this, we are seeing incredible growth across multiple local markets.

You’ll be a vital part of the Buildings Group who are changing the way we design and deliver significant community shaping projects. This role reports into the Structural Practice Leader within our Queensland Buildings Group and will be based in our Brisbane office. Our team works on a range of projects, providing feasibility and complete design / construction services for our Government agency and Private clients, as well as Contractor partners.

- As a leader within the team, help set direction and vision for success
- Through your excellent communication skills, lead successful single and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to budget
- Foster a learning environment by sharing your knowledge and experience with your team
- Initiate, and build strong relationships with both your clients and peers
- Enjoy collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally within Aurecon to solve our clients’ problems

We value that each of our team members brings something different to Aurecon. We look for people who have had a broad range of experiences throughout their career and can demonstrate how they have worked as part of a team to bring ideas to life.

As this role has management and leadership components, ideally you would have more than 10 years’ experience in Building Structural Engineering or similar. You will also need a relevant technical qualification and hold RPEQ and/ or CPENG status.
