**Your new role**

Within your new role as an APS4 Departmental officer you will be working within a team to provide specialist and administration support whilst reporting to a team leader. Your main duties and responsibilities will be conducting initial investigations and making system updates based on incoming enquiries as well as stakeholder engagement and assisting the leadership team with coaching and training.

To be successful in your new role you will need to be able to demonstrate initiative whilst utilising critical thinking. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on interpersonal skills and relationship building.
