Pearl Home Care is seeking motivated, caring, and committed people to provide support services to aged people within their own home to enable them to maintain independence across western suburbs of Sydney.

Team members receive support to achieve the skills required to deliver individualised aged support services - a great opportunity to improve and enhance your skills or transition from a different industry.

Duties include:

- Domestic assistance: Cooking, cleaning and companionship
- Social support: transporting to appointments, shopping or community outings
- Assistance with Personal Care Task
- Respite
- Medication monitoring

Selection criteria:

- Certificate III in community support or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in either aged care or community preferable - Not essential
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Current first aid certificate and Police check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- A second language is desirable but not essential.

**Salary**: $22.70 - $41.20 per hour
