We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our team located in Corio on a permanent full-time basis.

Windana Drug and Alcohol Recovery LTD. is a leading Victorian-based drug and alcohol treatment organisation.

**The Role**

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of the Property, Implementation of the Residents Work Program (Garden, Kitchen, Animals etc), WSE and special projects. A key focus of the role is to provide motivation and be a change agent throughout the implementation of initiatives at Windana. Relationship development, both internally and externally is essential to the sustainability of this role at the Therapeutic Community.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Ability to develop excellent working relationships with staff across the organisation, external services providers, and the local community
- Experience in leading, supervising and supporting staff in their work practices
- Skills and demonstrated experience in engaging clients with complex needs in a variety of situations
- Experience in property maintenance and OHS across the site
- Project Management experience including budgets
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage many different demands and work priorities
