**About the roles**

**Hours**
This is a casual position where applicants must be available to work between the hours of 6am - 9pm, 7 days per week including weekends and public holidays.

**About you**
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Calmness under pressure and the ability to work within tight timeframes
- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen, including basic food preparation, and knowledge of food preparation standards
- A professional demeanour
- A commitment to maintaining safety and wellbeing of self and others in the workplace

**Previous experience in hospital catering is desirable but not essential.**

Please note, it is also mandatory requirement of employment that you are fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
