**THE POSITION**:
The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of kitchen operations and administrative tasks. This role is a non-cooking position, more a leadership position supporting the Executive Chef ensuring that the kitchen team can perform at their absolute best.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead, manage & support your kitchen team
- Run the pass during service
- Weekly stocktakes and daily ordering
- Roster management
- Maintain and ensure compliance to establish food quality and standards
- Maintain kitchen presentation, cleanliness and product integrity

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Passion for excellent service with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to make timely decisions and keep calm under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and an approachable leader
- Good attention to detail
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role within a fast-paced restaurant environment
