**Choice Consultancy is actively looking for a dynamic Support Worker who excels in following instructions accurately. The client and their mother are in search of a dedicated long-term companion, and there may be opportunities for additional shifts as needed. We welcome applicants who are positive, friendly, and committed to providing excellent support.**

**The typical hours for this position predominantly fall on**:
**Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 10 am to 3 pm. Additionally, there may be opportunities for extra hours, potentially on weekends such as Saturdays. Evening shifts are anticipated on Mondays and Wednesdays, extending until 8 pm. Your flexibility and availability for these hours would be greatly appreciated.**

**You must posses the following**:

- **Be physical fit and able to help the client with his regular sessions at the pools as well as be into other sports such footy and basketball.**:

- **Drivers licence and a reliable car**:

- **Police check ( current)**:

- **Working with children check**:

- **NDIS worker screening or be able to obtain one**:

- **Checkable references**:

- **MUST be 21 years old or over**:

- **Have experience with ASD ( autism)**

**We are a family orientated small business. We hope you can meet these requirements and if you can do what is in this job descripton, we can go foward with a meet and greet.**

**Another important factor is, you will need to be able to go with the client to these sporting activities, but join in as well ( eg getting in the pool and help with getting him focused on his NDIS goals in his plan etc..)**

**The client also is requesting a male worker as well.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.33 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week

**Benefits**:
