**About the role**
We are seeking an outstanding Parts Business Development Manager with a proven ability to identify and onboard brand-new clients for our parts division.

The purpose of this
***position is to maintain current parts customer relations and seek out new opportunities to grow existing relationships, whilst seeking to identify and develop new incremental customer opportunities.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Prospect for new clients by networking, advertising, cold calling, and other means of generating interest from potential clients
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences to establish new and maintain current client relationships
- Develop rapport with new clients and build key customer relationships to continue business growth
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and Parts offered to clients
- Develop a robust pipeline of Sales
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and developing and negotiating contracts
- Screen potential business deals by analysing deal requirements and financials
- Increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize business revenue
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum of four or five (4-5) years of sales experience preferred
- Trucking Industry experience or knowledge preferred but not essential
- Excellent business sense, negotiation skills, time management skills and Interpersonal skills
- Positive, high energy, self-motivated, and a desire to work hard to accomplish goals.
- Proven experience identifying and onboarding brand-new high-value clients
- Demonstrated ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient computer skills including strong knowledge of Excel
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task on many concurrent projects.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Current Australian Drivers License and own vehicle
