**POSITION**

A Service Coordinator & Support position has now become available.
- First point of contact for client support / troubleshooting calls
- Ensure all requests/incidents are logged within ticketing system
- Provide initial Level 1 & 2 troubleshooting/diagnosing of issues
- Coordinate technicians to site if required
- Liaise with third-party companies for repairs and replacements
- Ensure tickets are resolved in alignment with SLAs
- Attend meetings with clients to review open and previous tickets
- Work closely with a team lead to ensure all clients are supported

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Support Service Desk experience within the Commercial AV Industry** is a must**:

- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated excellence in written & verbal English
