**About the role**:

- Supervision of Civil Construction teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring a high standard of quality, safety, and compliance
- Drive OHS and quality initiatives on site.
- Day to day supervision and co-ordination of site activities and machinery.
- Work closely with your Supervisor and Superintendent to ensure successful delivery of the project.
- Ensuring the rules, regulations, and legislations.
- Conducting pre - starts.

**About you**:

- Have Civil Leading Hand experience.
- Earthwork, Roadwork experience.
- Experience with cost coding and programming.
- Comfortable with long hours.
- Ability to delegate tasks.
- White Card - **Essential.**:

- Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle - **Essential.**:

- Experience with construction machinery - **Desirable**.

- Negotiable pay rates and incentives:

- $20.32 daily travel-Meal allowance-Weekly accrual RDO
- Working Monday to Friday 5:30am - 6pm
