**What this opportunity involves**:
The Paralegal will form an important part of the Transaction Management Team responsible for meeting all contractual agreements across the national master agreement held between JLL and it’s reputable telecommunication client. The agreement is inclusive of leasing strategy, governance, transaction activities and financial control.

Be a critical enabler in the delivery of the client property strategy and lending lease negotiations and cost reduction initiatives whilst fostering a Transaction Management Team that is proactive and focused on reducing portfolio costs and increasing flexibility.

**An Overview of the role**:
Develop a comprehensive and tailored understanding of the client’s precedent documents and utilise this understanding through negotiation with major landlord matters
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of deal instructions from transaction managers in accordance with internal policy
Reviewing external solicitor’s advice or draft documents for precedent and landlord documentation
Progress lease negotiations within set timeframes and in line with client strategy
Endorse final documents and facilitate client execution
Update and maintain various legal and contractual information
Assist with monthly reporting and attend meeting as required
Adhere to timeframes from instruction to finalisation and escalate any risk to the client when these arise
Explore continuous improvement to automate and create efficient reporting outcomes using technology solutions

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Holding either legal or property qualifications or experience within a firm or landlord/tenant organisation
Demonstrated understanding of leases or contracts, ideally gained within the property or legal industries
Ability to act as a leader and a representative of JLL
Actively encourage an environment which supports teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success
Demonstrated ability to maintain, manage and report accurate transaction and financial data across a large and complex portfolio
Able to deal with ambiguity and address complex problems within a dynamic environment
Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines
