**Inclusion support Educator role**:
We are looking for a passionate support Educator to provide 1;1 support to a child with additional needs in our Preschool room. You will part with the educators and lead Teacher to learn about the daily routines and program so that you can encourage participation and inclusion whilst being mindful of the child's additonal needs and individual requirements.
- Our Rose Bay campus is equipped with a spacious and shaded outdoor area so you can encourage learning / self regulation outside when suitable.
- Our OAC curriculum is interest based and aims to develop a range of skills including social and emotional development, independence and instill a sense of agency in line with OAC's HEART principles.
- You will contribute to the program and document learning using Storypark with the support of our experienced team.

Our Rose Bay campus hosts impressive indoor and outdoor play spaces including a natural ourdoor area with beautiful trees. Children enjoy exploring their world and learning through play The campus is located in the heart of the community, close the the local school and with parking spots available/ accessible by bus from surrounding suburbs and the city.
- Trainee's are given time to study, a mentor and the chance to learn on the job and practice / experience setting up experiences for children.
- You will learn about age appropriate activities for children as well as how to keep them safe in line with child protection
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as supporting / leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
