**Location: Eden’s Village, QLD**

TSG Eden’s Village & Lotto is seeking an experienced and motivated **Retail Manager / Shop Manager** to lead our busy retail operations. This is a **full-time position** offering an annual salary between **$70,000 and $80,000**, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determine product mix, manage stock levels, and uphold high service standards.
- Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, and set competitive pricing strategies.
- Promote and advertise the establishment's goods and services effectively.
- Sell products and services to customers while advising on product use and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure the profitability of the establishment.
- Oversee the selection, training, and supervision of staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of **1 year of experience** in a similar role within the retail sector.
- Relevant qualifications in retail management or a related field are **compulsory**.
- Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to drive sales, maintain stock control, and manage a high-performing team.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, marketing strategies, and customer service.
