Your Impact

You’ll help achieve this by

Having a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education OR studying towards your Bachelor
Having the desire to be part of a team
Being a role model to other educators, offering coaching, support, and mentoring
Having the passion to develop, implement and evaluate educational programs, whilst documenting every child’s learning development
Having experience working with children with big behaviours
Having excellent knowledge of the Early Years Framework
Having strong communication skills, both written & verbal

**About you**: We are looking for an educational leader to join our team, someone who enjoys mentoring and inspiring your fellow educators to achieve the best outcomes for our children. You must enjoy working as part of team, embrace diversity have a strong understanding of A & R, EYLF and NQF.

If you have previous experience leading change in education and have either a Diploma or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent OR Studying towards, then we want to meet you
