**About the Centre/Service**

Balnarring is a community run preschool. There are two groups for four year old and two groups of three year old. A teaching team of 9. They have a strong philosophy that includes connecting with First Nations Peoples teaching and the environment. The community and relationships are important values to the service. Each group of children spends one day a week connecting with nature and extending children experiences outdoors at Balnarring Foreshore reserve which includes a beach, nature reserve creek and wetlands. We create a welcoming environment for all who participate in the program developing everyone’s sense of belonging. We celebrate diversity within the teaching team, families, children and cultures.

21 hours - 16 hours contact: 5 non-contact

**Description**

We are looking for someone to increase the diversity of our team and work alongside our Teachers in the 4 Year old program as an Educator. This person will have a Connection with nature and environment and be open to embracing the learning from First Nations Peoples. This person would have experience working in a diverse learning environment and show strengths with children of all abilities and cultures.
