Bring your passion for food and beverage service to one of Brisbane’s largest conferencing and events operations. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor in Conference and Events, you will supervise your team to create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Conference and Events Operations team
- Supervise events, liaise with clients and delegate duties to team members
- Liaise with the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal is maintained
- Ensure guest expectations are met in each event, delivering a service that exudes luxury and aligns with Sofitel brand standards
- Promote a strong Heartist culture and a team that is focused on providing unforgettable experiences to our guests.

**Qualifications** You will excel in this role if you have**:

- A luxury-focused personality
- Events experience in large-scale hospitality events operations
- Experience in leading and supervising a team
- Ability to work a rotating roster, including late/overnight shifts
- A genuine passion for food and beverage
- Ability to delegate responsibilities accordingly
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification
- A high level of personal presentation
- Team spirit and positivity, and the ability to work efficiently.
