**About the Role**:

- Ensure compliance with statutory, shareholder and corporate reporting requirements.
- Provide timely, accurate and easy-to-understand reporting that focuses on key areas of concern or opportunity.
- Offer viable recommendations and/or courses of action based on analysis.
- Provide commercial agreement support that protects the company's interests and ensures compliance with internal governance and industry standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills across different media and levels within the business.
- Think creatively and structure unstructured environments.
- Influence others.
- Work independently with initiative and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a management accountant, commercial analyst or similar role in a medium to large business.
- Knowledge in reviewing supply & customer agreements, terms & conditions, and leases.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or economics-related field, with a Chartered Accounting or CPA qualification being an advantage.
- Logistics background is a plus.
- Exposure to budgeting and forecasting and commercial support.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience in preparing reports, dashboards, KPI/metrics reporting, statements and projections.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and across cultures.
- Willingness to travel both within the country and to New Zealand.
