Housekeeper/handyman for Motel

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Housekeeper/Handyman. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys maintaining a clean and well-kept environment while also providing basic maintenance services. Depart and service cleans of the motel rooms, include bed making, cleaning bathroom and vacuuming. Must be confident using power tools, mower and whipper snipper. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean guest rooms, common areas, and bathrooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
- Perform basic handyman duties including minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
- Assist in maintaining the exterior of the property, including landscaping and upkeep of outdoor areas.
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and report any needed maintenance or repairs.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.44 - $45.42 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
