**The Role**

A unique opportunity for experienced brokers to join the team, with packages to be more competitive, and scaled with experience and results.

With internal lead generation, a large marketing budget and over 1000 managements, Brokers of Green Financial will have access to an untapped database of prospective businesses to grow their careers.

By producing leads for our brokers, it allows them to focus their time on activities they are specialised in to scale their careers.

**Attributes and responsibilities**
- Strong communication skills over the phone and in-person
- A strong track record of success
- Be able to meet KPIs and targets consistently.

**Preferences and Experience**
- Local applicants are preferred but not essential.
- A tertiary degree in Finance is preferred.
- A minimum of two years with direct lending experience or equivalent.
