**About the role**:

- Implement store strategy and oversee business operations
- Manage brand-partner relationships to ensure alignment and success
- Drive financial performance by optimising space, merchandise and team productivity
- Foster a high performance, customer focused culture aligned with Myer values
- Lead, coach and develop teams to build capability and engagement
- Coordinate operational responsibilities across the store
- Champion process improvements through clear communication and role modelling

- Proven experience in retail management and leading large teams
- Strong business acumen and people leadership skills
- Ability to adapt tactics to drive high performance and results
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Skilled in data analysis to identify growth opportunities

Our Retail Management team work across fortnightly rotating rosters to meet key store trading hours including weekends and peak trade.
