Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a passion for sneakers, and a love for ladies' fashion? We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Stock Controller/3IC join our fast-paced retail squad
You will play a key role of maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring our back of house remains organized and functional
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house area
- Manage inventory levels with precision, ensuring stock integrity at all times by conducting regular cycle counts
- Accurately process and track incoming deliveries, store transfers, and goods in transit
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies quickly
- Support replenishment and merchandising by ensuring timely and accurate stock movement
- Collaborate with sales and management teams to ensure product availability on the floor
- **What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in inventory or stock control, ideally in a retail fashion environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A genuine love for fashion
- Experience with Ap21 and Zendesk favourable but not required
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Physically capable of managing stock movement (lifting, unpacking, organizing)
