**About the Role**

AKD is seeking motivated and reliable Process Employees to join our team, we have full-time positions available.

**We have positions available for day and afternoons with the following shift schedules for Process / Forklift Operator Employees**:
**Afternoon Shifts**:
4:00 PM - 2:00 AM, working a 9.5-hour shift, 4 days per week

3:30pm - 1:40 AM, working a 9.5-hour shift, 4 days per week

Shift allowances are applicable to afternoon shift hours

As a Process Employee, you will play an important role in our production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. This role is suitable for individuals looking to develop their skills in a supportive and team-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

Operating and monitoring production line machinery

Assisting with timber processing, sorting, and stacking

Conducting quality control checks to ensure product standards are met

Working safely and always following company procedures

General housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment

**What We’re Looking For**

A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Forklift license and experience in process line work are advantageous but not required

Willingness to learn and develop new skills
