Due to continued growth, we are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service and administratively focused individual who is looking to get their introduction to the Real Estate industry. You will be a pivotal team member to the office’s success as you’ll work as an internal support for a number of agents to ensure that they can focus on listing and selling property.
**About the Role**:
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and colleagues both in-person and over the phone;
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence;
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable;
- Assisting with the preparation of Form 6, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents;
- Support both sales and property management functions in an administrative and compliance capacity; and
- Contribute to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.

- Experience in a previous customer facing or administration role would be highly advantageous;
- Confident and outgoing nature with the drive to go above and beyond;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous;
- Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease;
- Professional presentation; and
- The desire to grow, develop and value-add within a team environment.
