Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations -predominately in Australia and New Zealand.

We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We collect and sort recyclable materials like paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and metals from households and businesses, and locally remanufacture them back into new, sustainable packaging. From cardboard boxes, water bottles and jam jars to food and beverage cans, we are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand’s food and beverage packaging industry.

**What you’ll do**:
As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce, sourcing the skilled talent needed to drive our operations forward.
- Collaborate with Visy’s Talent Acquisition team to recruit roles for Visy sites in Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop and implement creative strategies to attract talent for a range of critical projects & role types.
- Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across Visy sites to meet recruitment needs.
- Provide guidance on Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) interpretation and compliance throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and compliant hiring journey.

- Strong background in recruiting in high-volume settings and projects.
- Experience in the use of various sourcing channels and proactive talent pooling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A driven results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
