Hours: 30 hours pw, must be available all days including weekends

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, ensuring they feel at home
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and assist with table settings
- Handle payments and provide accurate change
**Requirements**:
- Previous front-of-house experience in a busy café or restaurant setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay composed under pressure
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Open availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
