**Vineyard Operator / Supervisor - Clare, SA**

We are seeking a Vineyard Operator / Supervisor to join our team based at our Clare, SA Vineyard. This full-time position reports to the Viticulture Manager and is responsible for providing operational functions and support for the planning and implementation of work programs across the 140ha vineyard operation.

This position will suit someone who has previous experience working on vineyards, horticultural or agricultural properties. The position is hands on, you will need to possess a sound knowledge of irrigation processes and have a strong mechanical aptitude. You will also understand the importance of safety in the workplace and ensure safe work practices are followed.

Skills and experience:

- Operational and hands on experience in cool climate vineyards.
- Solutions focussed with a can-do attitude.
- Mechanically minded with the initiative and ability to problem solve.
- Excellent technical understanding of viticulture.

**Benefits**:
