Psychology private practice
- Office/ Admin role in central Footscray location.

$32.32 per hour inc casual loading +10.5% Superannuation.

Support Services level 2 within the Health Professionals and Support Services Award (MA000027)

Duties.
- General reception desk and admin duties within the practice. E.g., booking appointments and managing the calendar. Using the practices CRM program Power Diary.
- Maintain relationships with third parties such as GP’s, Insurance companies and Lawyers, NDIS support services.
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- First point of contact manning the front reception desk.
- Medical and patient data management.
- Maintain calendar, process payments and HiCaps.
- General marketing with some social media management.
- Be confident on the telephone.
