**About You**:
- 12 months of experience in an inbound or outbound phone sales environment would be ideal.
- Experience with cold calling
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience working in a team environment.
- Strong organisation and time management skills will be pivotal.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently while also engaging effectively with internal teams.
**About the Role**:
- Account management of existing accounts, focussing on service and retention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data in CRM system.
- Evaluate customer potential and determine appropriate strategies for engagement and follow-up.
- Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients and recommend strategies to achieve company goals.

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
