**What you’ll do**:

- Haul fibre cables and install subducts in the field.
- Clear blockages, dig trenches, and set up new pits and pipes.
- Read and interpret plans (DBYD plans and TMH sheets), solve problems on the fly, and keep safety front of mind.
- Rod & Roping: Navigating existing ducts and conduits
- Pit & Pipe Work
- Service Location: Identifying third-party services
- Manual handling awareness
- Site Setups

**What we’re looking for**:

- A valid driver’s licence and OH&S White Card.
- Experience in cable hauling or pit & pipe installation (preferred, but not essential if you’re keen to learn).
- Flexibility with hours—sometimes the job requires all hands-on deck.
- Physical fitness, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Working to high safety standards and take pride in their work and attendance

**Bonus points for**:

- First Aid, traffic control, or confined space tickets.
- MR/HR/HC licence.
- Experience/Ticketed operating small excavators (1.5-3 tonne).

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
