**About The Role**:

- Planning, designing and arranging the supply, storage and arrangement of flowers, foliage and decorations.
- Using a variety of tools and containers to select, trim, treat and store flowers to extend their life.
- Advising customers on selection of flowers, wreaths and bouquets, in addition to packing, wrapping and organizing delivery of floral arrangements.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual merchandising standards.
