Apprentice Boilermaker

**Boilermaker Apprentice.**

Established in 1962, Silvan Australia is a family owned business and is recognised Australia wide as an industry leader in the development, manufacture and importing of agricultural machinery to meet the needs of Australia's primary producers.

We have sites in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, and New Zealand with our Head Office located in Keysborough, Victoria.

We have a current vacancy for a competent and reliable apprentice (minimum 2nd year) to join our fabrication and welding team.
- Safely working with steel in a workshop environment.
- To competently weld aluminium & mild steel products.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret drawings.
- Display a mechanical aptitude.
- Able to work both individually and as a part of a team.
- Communication and problem resolution skills.
- Physical capacity to perform the inherent requirements of the position.
- Forklift License advantageous.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Welding: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver Licence (preferred)
