**The Opportunity**

Join our newly established BlueScope Distribution site in Unanderra as a Team Member. The National Product, Processing & Solutions Hub is BlueScope Distribution’s new capability. It enables us to provide our customers with a unique domestically co-coordinated supply chain solution for the delivery of large-scale projects nation-wide.

The Hub has been built with high-spec and automated equipment so we can deliver complex value-add solutions that meet our customer needs - now and into the future. We’re proud to be investing in and growing manufacturing capability within Australia that enables our customers to deliver significant and critical projects for our communities across renewables, infrastructure, defence and mining, oil and gas.

Lead a balanced work life through our Monday - Friday shifts where you work day shift (6am-2pm). These are fixed shifts which allow you to plan ahead and maintain balance in your lifestyle choices.

**What Will You Do?**

In a supportive team environment, you'll receive ongoing training to learn how to:

- promote and maintain a safe working environment
- ensure quality control by packing, strapping, and monitoring our steel products
- drive forklifts and operate cranes to load and unload trucks for customer delivery
- operate machinery for product processing

Previous operations or manufacturing experience is not required, what we care about is your enthusiasm to learn new skills and to go above and beyond for your fellow team members. We're looking for individuals who:

- have a strong desire and willingness to learn and develop themselves
- are flexible, adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- respect others and value diversity and inclusion
- understand basic measurement units
