My client is a premier mechanical engineering company located in Canning Vale, Western Australia, providing a range of services to the mining, power generation and oil and gas sectors. They are a highly respected business and is supported by some of Australia's most significant resource companies.

**THE ROLE**
Permanent part time role working 3 days per week at Canning Vale

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- General administration and clerical activities to assist our HR team.
- Running an up to date filing and archiving system.
- Re-direct HR enquiries as appropriate
- Manage employee queries and messages
- Manage HR documents as required
- Provide first point resolution for employee queries
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Data management of computer systems
- Diary management for HR Team
- Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
- Completing audits

**ABOUT YOU**
- Have the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
- Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner.
- Have an excellent attention to detail
- High level of accuracy when working
- Is a team player and able to use their initiative.
- Takes pride in their punctuality and presentation.
- Experience in a similar role preferable however, not essential
