**What you’ll be doing**:
The Marketing Specialist - Flight Specials role is to increase the sophistication, frequency and automation of flight specials communications through direct marketing channels, lead quarterly acquisition campaigns to ensure database health and monitor and optimise always-on lifecycle communications.

**_ This role is a 12 month maximum term contract opportunity._**

**You’ll be great in this role if you have**:

- HTML skilled and formal Dreamweaver (or similar) product training
- Experience with combining multiple data sources to determine campaign success and develop optimisations accordingly
- Multi-variate test design, delivery and evaluation
- Confident using Adobe Photoshop to generate assets for use in campaigns
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams or agile squads
- Able to get wide stakeholder groups excited and committed to new ideas
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of Spam and Privacy compliance in direct marketing context
- Degree or post-graduate qualification in marketing, business, technology or related areas (desirable)
- Formal Adobe Experience Cloud, in particular Adobe Experience Manager and Analytics (or similar)
- Knowledge of aviation, travel and loyalty sectors (desirable)
