Gillys is a privately operated award-winning early learning centre renowned in the community for its high level of quality care and education in the St. Kilda East area.

You would be working in a friendly, family-focused early learning centre., Our exceptional curriculum is based on the practices and principles of the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks and incorporates our rich Jewish culture.

We are looking for a like-minded enthusiastic, friendly, energetic educator, passionate about working with children and who share our uncompromising commitment towards providing excellence in early childhood education and care.

**The role**

As an Educator, you will be pivotal in developing our children’s lifelong love of learning through play
- Engage with children, families and team members
- Assist with daily centre practices, routines, room set-ups and activities.
- Support educators with children’s learning and documentation.
- Love of pets and the outdoor environment is a bonus.

**Qualifications**
- Approved ACECQA Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Working with children check.
- Training will be provided as well as ongoing personal development programs.

- A strong understanding of child development and relational pedagogy

- Willing to champion positive and meaningful relationships with families and children
