Firebox Australia is a leading national manufacturer of emergency fire products for all industries. Our products include Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Hose Reels, and associated plumbing. We have established branches in Newcastle, Gold Coast, Melbourne, and Rydalmere, Sydney.

**Position**:
Reporting to the Sydney Warehouse Manager, we are seeking a Warehouse Picker & Packer to join our small team of four and help lead our expanding Sydney operation. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who is willing to do whatever is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be reliable and in excellent health, able to lift up to 15kg.
- Strong computer and reporting skills.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a strong customer service focus.
- Picking and packing goods for delivery.
- Unloading, receipting, and warehousing of all inward goods.
- Identify continuous improvement and change initiatives.
- Proven work history within a warehouse team and enjoy working within a team.
- Experience in supervising, leading, and managing a team of store persons.
- **current forklift license preferred by not essential**:

- Computer literate, able to receive goods and use shipping programs.
- Well-spoken and well-presented.
- Clean driving record.
- High standards of accuracy.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.

Pay: $63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
