Retz Plumbing are seeking a self-driven and experienced Plumbing Supervisor to provide support and leadership whilst controlling & coordinating the successful completion of multi residential projects.

This role presents an opportunity for professional growth within our business and will require a combination of strong initiative and commitment to the role.

The successful applicant will be directly responsible for the following:

- Developing and maintaining onsite working relationship
- Coordination and management of site personnel
- Maintaining and ensuring OH&S and company standards
- The ability to drive employee productivity
- Conducting Pre-Starts
- Processing Purchase Orders in line with the plan specifications, Australian Standards and in line with relevant Council legislation.
- Hands on Plumbing Works
- Navigation and operation of Software

The successful applicants **must **possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- QLD Occupational Plumbing Licence
- Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
- Drivers licence and independent transport
- Ability to read and interpret relevant project plans & associated documents
- Ability to work within and motivate a team
- Technological skills

**Salary**: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
