**Description**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, we are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the correct receipting, storage and efficient handling of packaging, raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
The role includes
Direct supervision to support and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to meet departmental needs and business objectives.
Work collaboratively with various departments to resolve issues that arise on any given day.
Support staff to ensure they are trained in line with Learning Pathways ensuring they have the required skills to operate efficiently and safely.
Supply production with accurate quantities of materials and packaging as per the production schedule to ensure production targets and customer timeframes are maintained.
Oversee accurate and timely transactions in the MRP system.
Manage incoming and outgoing goods ensuring they are accurately received, stored transferred and dispatched on time.
Conduct and oversee cyclic and periodic stocktakes, investigate variances, and maintain accurate records
**Skills and Experiences**:
**To be successful in the role, you will have**:
Previous experience in a production warehouse is beneficial.
Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks like lifting and loading.
Forklift licence essential.
MR licence desirable
