We're seeking a reliable, friendly individual to join our front counter team—preferably someone with experience in dry cleaning or garment care.

As a Front Counter Staff member, you will be the face of our business, helping customers with drop-offs and pick-ups, handling transactions and calls, resolving customer concerns, and assisting with the daily organization of cleaned garments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with drop-offs and pick-ups
- Accurately tag, record, and process incoming garments
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions, including **cash handling**:

- Answer phone calls, provide information, and take messages as needed
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous, professional manner
- **Sort and organize cleaned garments** for customer pick-up
- **Bag cleaned garments** and ensure they are correctly matched with the right customer order
- Keep the front counter area clean, organized, and presentable
- Communicate special instructions or garment issues to the cleaning team

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience in dry cleaning or laundry preferred**:

- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Comfortable handling **cash and POS systems**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads

**Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday availability required**:

- **Occasional Saturdays based on business needs**
