You are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your store by creating a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience. You know the importance of listening to your team's ideas and helping them to develop their skills. When you're not on the floor, you’re developing sales strategies and putting plans in place to support your team and the store’s success.
You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development and structured performance management all based on results, values and leadership. You're a problem solver with a positive attitude. You are organized and know how to motivate and inspire people around you. You have a great entrepreneurial spirit that shines, and you are able anticipate the needs of our fast-paced business whilst always having a customer-centric mindset.
**A day in the life of a Store Manager at H&M**
- Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service & inspiring the team around you to do the same
- Promoting our Hello Member loyalty program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
- You regularly analyze and follow up your store’s sales & profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results
- Managing the recruitment, training, development and succession planning of the store team through promoting our feedback culture
- Together with your Leadership Team, you ensure scheduling increases conversion within the frame of the hours plan
- Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
**Qualifications**
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate clearly to all team members within H&M
- Passionate for delivering the best customer experience & driving this within the store
- The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
- The ability to analyze figures and formulate plans to maximize sales
- The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals
- Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (minimum 1 year)
