Position Summary:

- Be the “face of the hotel” - welcoming and connecting with guests through each guest interaction from arrival to departure
- Securely park guest cars, deliver bags and amenities in accordance with the hotel policies
- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and lead the bell team in general operational tasks whilst assisting other front office associates
- Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain all features & hotel offerings
- Be an expert on the hotel and the surrounding community, know it inside and out to exceed guest expectations
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
- Ensure all guest’s requirements and requests are anticipated and completed in a timely manner
- Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the department
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures

About You:

- A current driver’s license
- Relevant experience in a similar supervisory role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
