We are electro muscular stimulation (EMS) fitness studio in Australia and pride ourselves on using the best technology, having expert trainers, and creating the most efficient experience for our clients.

**About the Role**:
Position: Fitness Centre Manager

Location of Work: 2/2703 Gold Coast Hwy, Broadbeach, QLD, 4218.

Employment Type: Permanent, Full time

Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 plus Superannuation

**Main Responsibilities**:

- looking after overall operation, budgets and profitability of the centre
- Preparing and maintaining various weekly/monthly reports for managers
- Develop new business relationships ad partnerships in the local community
- Ordering and maintaining equipment supplies
- Marketing the business, facilities and events to attract clients
- Creating and organizing special events/programme/training plans as per the demand to increase sales and o target specific user groups
- Planning and organizing fitness training
- Recruiting, training and supervising staff
- Creating training programme as per the demand and trends
- Carrying out health and safety checks on the equipment
- Handling complaints, incidents, and managing maintenance, insurance, repairs, and cleaning of centre.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- 2 years minimum experience in Fitness Training of clients using EMS technology
- 2 years’ minimum experience and proven track record of successfully managing a fitness centre
- Advanced diploma in Fitness
- Passionate interest in fitness industry
- Driven and highly motivated professional who can operate within a plan but also show initiative
- Positive can-do attitude, strong communicator, trustworthy and a team player.
